Carpet Call Cannington

I was served by a young man named Mathew who was so helpful and very well mannered. He was able able to answer all my questions . Willdefinitely be recommending him to others.

Had carpet installed today, was quoted and paid to include new strips to double door and single leading into lounge install.Installer re fitted old existing strips, and when i questioned, he said he did not have On Board.?Would have been in job sheet im sure, and or salesperson quoting should have noted strips req.for task.Dissapointing Service and Communication on their part.

We had an amazing experience at the store. We struggled at other stores feeling pressured into a sale. The sales woman at this Cannington store was so kind in giving us space and allowing us to chose. The team was both friendly and extremely helpful. Will be coming back again to purchase other rugs.

Have had a great experience with the Cannington store, dealt with Jacob over the phone who organised for a next-day measurement from Chris, very happy so far and looking forward to the install.

Had an excellent experience purchasing our carpets with Jacob. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. Nothing was too hard! We will be back to do our blinds!

My wife and I are property investors. We trusted Carpet Call Cannington. The advice & product installed that we chose will save us both time & money. Carpet Call have been in business 40+ years, the salesman were very professional & non-pushy. The store has a wide product selection, making it truly a one-stop shop. Jacob in particular went above and beyond to ensure that our expectations were exceeded. Now, to get more flooring installed in our other houses, we will be returning to Carpet Call Cannington. Do yourself a favour and visit in person inside their store, your time will not be wasted. It will also save you money!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!tax invoice number 003.454.27469thursday- we were told we would recieve a call between 7:30am and 8am to let us know what time the installers would be there which we didnt recieve until much later. The installer arrived 3 1/2 hours late then spent more time complaining about his life than actually working and was only able to lay about 1 square metre of the 50 square metre job. We expressed our concerns that he may of needed some help to get the job done.friday- he returned at the agreed time that morning and assured us that the job would be done as he had some help. By about 5pm it was time to have some beers while working which is probably part of the reason why the job is completed at such a poor standard. He was also unable complete the job on the 2nd day.saturday- installer agreed to start at 8am by 9am he still hadnt arrived so we contacted our closest store to find out what was going on. 10am still nothing so we went into the store. Finally they managed to get in touch with him. 11:30am he arrived.-on completion we found multiple floor boards installed with cracked corners-boards not clicked together properly-liquid nails all over the walls and new flooring-hand prints all over the walls-nails sticking out of the scotia one of which cut my 15 month old sons hand open-he couldnt even clean up properly and I had to scoop another nail out of my sons mouth.Furthermore we have contacted the store with our concerns and they do not get back to us. A 1 day job had not cost my business thousands of dollars as Ive had to let my own clients down to give this installer" more and more time to finish our job...The cannington store have been helpfuland have made multiple calls to head office and the install manager who are still yet to contact us."

After an initial issue, Jayden the installer came back and rectified the problem great job done. Thank you.

Don't buy from this place if you are not sure about your decision as they DON'T do refunds ( even though if you have not collected your goods) only exchanges. It's stated on their invoices but NOT explained to you upon purchase buyer beware. Got no reply from Owner telling me to give details (which I did) for my purchase so definitively this was just a PR ruse to make readers think that they are interested to rectify any poor reviews of them. Buyers beware about their reply ruse!!!
