The store was about the closing in 10 minutes when we walked in. Namita helped us without even cheeking time and help us out. Thank you very much, Namita, for your work ethics.

Worst possible customer service, very rude staff and no care in helping the customer.I walked in at 10am to transfer my # from Vodafone to telstra due to needing reception in regional places, with no other customers in the store and 4 staff, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait.I left my phone number for them to ring me and at 1150 I get a phone call saying I can now be served, so almost 2 hours after I went in originally. Didn't have time to wait due to work. Never going into this store again.I suggest everyone else should boycott this store too.

Long wait time, never enough people working for the demand.All I wanted was a new phone and was told I had to make an appointment the next two days were all booked out.Can't handle too many inquiries.

I don't know if TELSTRA going to address this concerns but I still post the feedback to give awareness to others. I've been living in werribee for 3yrs now & this store doesn't have any improvement AT ALL!! every time I go to this store it is always empty and asking for the customers to wait for an hour or 2hrs and the que is very long. There are 4-5 staff at the store and 1 customer to be handle but it takes 4 of them to handle that customer. TELSTRA network is really good but with BAD store service here in this WERRIBEE, it's like I don't have a choice because this is the nearest to my home and the WORST store! I've been to different TELSTRA store and the best one is in HIGHPOINT. In addition, here in WERRIBEE they are rude!! Like they encouraging you not to go there if you have problems with your phone or need assistance in any aspect, they are only helpful on replacing the sim card straight away but overall they are LAZY to assist anyone!

A gal from this shop took pity on me and helped me out from a real bind today. Sometimes their hands are tied by the system or the rules they have to follow, but if they can help you, and you're decent to them, they will do what they can.#notalltelstras

Came into the store on Friday 12th around 1.40pm - staff were rude and didn’t give us a chance to explain and kept talking over us. She spoke in a condescending manner. We left the store without resolving the issue because we didn’t want to continue dealing with her attitude.

I have reached out to the store Russell the store manager sorted it out for me. I have changed my review to 5 stars as not everyone owns the mistake they did and fixes it.When I have taken a New Number and Device I specifically told the lady at the store that I would like to avail 25% employee discount. She set-up my account on console, rather than setting up in Siebel. Now the customer service people say I can not avail the discount or move my account to Siebel. Why wouldn't the staff at store let me know about this upfront. I definitely do not recommend the store and Telstra to anyone.

The worst! Staff simply do not care about servicing customers, even someone loookjng to join Telstra from another network - empty store, 2 staff doing nothing, but told to “come back tomorrow, we close in half an hour” - lazy, untrained, next to worthless. Why even bother having a store?

A dumpster full of rotting fish and used diapers on fire in the middle of a freeway in peak hour traffic on a 40 degree day would have better customer service then this pit of misery.The staff have no clue or ability to treat customers as customersThe staff have zero product knowledge

Just came out of this shop a total waste of my time after waiting for almost 2hours the were just helplessCaution please don’t sign up for any Telstra insurance is a scam!!!!!!! My phone have few faults like Face ID no longer works, phone not able to connect to wifi and freezing every secondsI went to Werribee shop to get my phone and if possible send for repair/replacement. What I ended with was a shop after paying all this so called insurance.First they want to take my phone and put me on the new contract and I said no I want the phone to be checked as the I only got 6 months left on the contract why the heck do you have to put me in a new contract.They wanted to take the for repair and the lady said it will take about 3 weeksI was told am unable to get a loan why my phone is been sent away for 3 weeks and the can’t do anything about itI have never been treated this way like what I went through today am left with a big pain after all that I have been paying I wish I could give zero star I can’t use my phone for so many things and they don’t care I need a refund of all the repair and upgrades I have paid for
