Order tea cup flower arrangement from Roses Only for my daughter’s birthday to have them deliver them to the wrong house which then spoiled the surprise l rang my daughter to ask had she received them and she No nothing came rang them back and they said they would send out replacement flowers as you can see by the photos they look nothing like the arrangement they advertise on their website and she only got the tea cup and no saucer or the card that l paid for will never ring them again the cost was $119.00

This was the first time I had ordered with Roses only and was not disappointed. The flowers I ordered for my mum for mother's day were stunning. Will definitely be ordering from you again.

Promised me same day delivery, only to TEXT me at 4pm cancelling the order as they couldn't deliver as promised. They had already shut the doors at 3pm so I couldn't even arrange a pick up by a friend of the flowers I had paid for (I doubt they were even arranged). Can't believe how little they cared, if they were a small business they would have been delivered no matter. Not just disappointed but upset and angered by their lack of care and willingness to rectify the situation.I recommend using Belflora Broadmeadow instead, they put a gorgeous arrangement together in their final half hour of trading for me!

Do not trust this company with any floral arrangements for your special one as they cannot deliver simple requests. As for an alternative give Belflora Broadmeadow a call to discuss your floral needs.
