Location was beautiful, easy beach access, great for toddlers. Disappointed in the unit. Smelt of cigarettes on arrival. Mould in the bathrooms, Carpets stained, bed linen stained, curtains falling off the railings, again stained and smelly. Kitchen and bathrooms had cockroaches everywhere. No wifi. Bare essentials provided, no hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 nights. Needs some serious TLC.

Amazing place. The setting for this resort is just extraordinary, with access right onto the beach, a pool, sauna, tennis court, and games room. The apartment was spotless and beautifully styled, with fresh clean sheets and a complimentary welcome pack in the kitchen. The balcony was flooded with the morning sun and a breathtaking view of the beach, ocean, and K’Gari in the distance. The only reason this review is not 10/10 is that the walls are very thin between apartments, and I could clearly hear the movies my neighbours were watching during their stay (Mission Impossible, Harry Potter, and The Joker if you were wondering). This sadly ruined my peaceful nights in this peaceful town, but I would still definitely stay again as the apartment and resort made up for this annoying yet unavoidable issue (due to the age and structure of the building).

Location and service was exceptional; I can't fault this at all however you are 100% paying for the view.The rooms were outdated and not all all like the photos. No wifi/Foxtel or Netflix and at just under $700 for two nights; you'd almost expect this.The rooms appeared clean to begin with however upon closer inspection there was mold on the bent and broken old plastic blinds. Dust balls were under and near the beds, mold was on the broken shower screen and grime was around the taps. The blankets provided were average and had some stains on them. (One positive, the beds were really comfortable).There seems to be a moisture issue in the rooms as there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom and you can see the water damage throughout the apartment (which has been poorly patched and painted) - probably contributing to the mold (kind of expected due to location I guess).Don't book a higher floor if you're handicapped as there's no elevator. The carpet staircase up to the room was dusty and sandy and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, not good for allergies....The pool was wonderful but the games room was hardly that and consisted of a ping pong table... Nothing like the pictures... The bbq areas were out of service. Parking is a bit average also.I really didn't want to give a bad review as I HATE being that person; and as I said, the views were exceptional, the rock pool was wonderful and the staff were amazing. However considering it's managed under Accor, a multibillion dollar company, I expected a lot more.This place has so so much potential but some honesty with the pictures on your website regarding the rooms would be ideal. Not worth what we spent :(

There is NO WIFI, only one working tennis court, and the pool & pool area is very underwhelming. On the plus side, the rooms are quite nice and beds are comfortable.

Room 160. Very dated and tired. So not what I expected from the pics when booking, it looked so much better ( probably pics from the better room) Room is clean but knocked around with paint missing, scuffs on most walls. Small TV with no Netflix or the like (not a smart tv), Broken furniture and some lights not working. Cold and sterile decor. Need a good paint and update even a nice rug on the floor would make such a difference. Location awesome with nice pool to ocean view. Just expected much better when booking at a resort.

Location is amazing! We stayed in a ground floor 3 bed unit. Amazing spot to sit outside and watch the ocean. Lots of space for the toddler to play on the grass outside. Easy walk or bike ride to all the main areas of Hervey Bay. Permanent residents were all very friendly. Room was fairly clean, with it perhaps needing a good deep clean once and awhile. Reception staff were amazing. Would 100% stay again next time we are in Hervey Bay.

The view was amazing.But the room was very disappointing.Very out dated, no comfy lounge, the tv was so small, wasn't overly clean. The starecase to get to our room smelt like pee.The grounds were very dark at night, with no lighting, and run down looking. Nothing in the games room, the sauna look like it had been abandoned and not maintain.It's such a shame because it add beautiful views.Will not be going back, and not recommending it to anyone.

The stairs ... terrible. No lift there so beware if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Amazing views though .
