Awesome care taken on phone this morning with enquiry for service and the team booked my vehicle for a pickup service and so quickly. Was very easy to communicate and deal with this morning. Absolutely amazing team, I just put a bike of Joe Farrell who was the most professional I have dealt with. I was buying the bike from NSW and spoke to almost all the BMW dealers but Joe went above and beyond to make it happen, he even put the deal together on his day off so I could get it on time. It ended up easier to buy the bike from QLD and get it shipped to my front door then getting the one around the corner. If you are looking for a bike I would call Joe you won't be disappointed.

I met a manager Called Jeff Demsi who put me onto a sales executive -Peter Cameron. Such a dynamic duo. The level of service I received was spectacular. To see such professionalism at play was fantastic. I cannot recommend Peter Cameron highly enough. Product knowledge and accommodation for nearly every request, he goes the extra step to ensure his customer is well looked after.

As a woman trying to buy a new car I have never felt so disrespected, dissatisfied, disappointed and ignored by a dealer. Multiple calls and messages unreturned. After calling and eventually speaking with someone I organised an appointment. Arrived today to test drive a vehicle and have my current vehicle appraised to be told no vehicle available and no record of my appointment, a complete disregard of my time. Worst of all the salesmen sat behind their glass offices obviously aware of my disappointment and didn’t have the courtesy of speaking with me. They sent out the most junior person to “deal” with me. Humiliating. If you’re a woman avoid! They don’t take you seriously! Misogyny and sexism is upheld at this dealership.
