Advantages: Near the shops and servo, opening hours, easy payment cashless machinesDisadvantages: vacuum cleaner almost brokenGot ripped off on one thats on the far corner away from the wash, it takes your money and doesn’t work at allThe rest in a very bad condition..broken nozzle and weak suctionThe washing brush is terrible and ruins your paintWater Pressure is okay thoRecommend if you have a really dirty car only

The vacuums are terrible. Can’t get a refund. They make all the noise of wanting to do the job, but they can’t pick up any grass. The car wash itself has been improved, but still leaves mud stains on your car if your not careful. People put bulk money into these machines and they’re not up to speed or looked after.

Terrible car wash, the high pressure soap wash didn't work, had to clean the bay of all the mud before I used it. Wait till you get to Mackay to wash your car!

Unfortunately this carwash would be the worst kept that I have ever been to. It is regularly filthy, and often only 2 bays available out of the 4 due to equipment malfunction or blocked drains. One of the brushes is worn nearly down to the plastic and several of the hoses leak.It is a pity because it is in a great location and because the Airlie Beach area has more boats per capita than any other place in Queensland means that there is plenty of cliental that would use this facility if maintained , even to a reasonable level..

Really really bad. I've used car washes all over the place and this place us the most neglected and run down/unmaintained of them all. Seriously needs an overhaul!The hoses leak from the handle and up near the roof. There's always only one bay in action. They're frequently broken and always out of chemicals. Owner needs to get on top of things badly!

Thought I'd test my luck on these bad reviews since the car needed it desperately. Definitely a bad car wash. I think it is $1 for 1.5 mins wash; paid in $2, $4, $6, or $8 +0.25c for using card. It doesn't take coins. The machine swapped the wash type very slowly. Bugged out or something for one of them which took a minute to set to wax. There was no high pressure water rinse to wash off all the chemicals, instead it was very low pressure. Not sure what other options are available but definitely considering somewhere else next time.Didn't use vacuum.

No good!!! Needed to wash my car and though I’d have a go. 2 bays were closed. And cars lined up. Went back later when there less cars lined up. There was no soap on high pressure soap. Ended up paying twice as I switched lanes. Not happy, didn’t even wash the car that well
