Dr Ash and her team did a wonderful job of ensuring my kids felt safe and cared for. Despite needing a filling or 2 they were comfortable and felt reassured. Ash explains everything thoroughly as she goesThe mouthguard choices are awesome too! Happy kids, happy mum!!

Like most people I don’t like the thought of going to the dentist. I have to feedback how great the staff were at Bull Creek Dental. From the time you enter the freshly renovated practice you are greeted by a friendly staff member. I then saw Dr. Ash who explained every detail and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The dental nurse also was lovely. I can definitely recommend you go to this dental practice, I will with no doubt be there for my next check up with Dr. Ash.

Wonderful experience with Dr Ash! I needed an emergency tooth extraction and she was so patient throughout, walking through each step of the extraction & cleaning process! I was nervous at first but she has a calm presence that reassures you that everything will be alright. Highly highly recommend!

We saw Dr Ash recently for our check ups, this was our first time at Bull Creek Dental. Firstly their receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Dr Ash was kind, patient and gentle with all of us, which was refreshing as an adult and very welcome with three young children. She really put them at ease and made them comfortable. We all left very happy, this is regular dentist from here on.

Googled dentist for my daughter’s general check up and found Bull Creek Dental with very good reviews. That’s so true.Warm welcome, friendly staff, made my girl very comfortable. She loves how Dr Ash make her teeth super clean.We also discussed about orthodontic, Dr Ash gave a very good advice and recommendation. With no drama prepared everything and sent referral letter. An hours later, orthodontist team contact me. What an efficient work!Shout out to Dr Ash and her team.Next gonna be my turn.

today 23/06/2023 i went to this dentist as a new patient. i wanted to get my stitches removed for my left bottom wisdom tooth removal, the young male dentist removed my stitches. then later on that night i looked in the mirror and noticed that he left one stitch still in my mouth! i ended up snipped it off myself. i paid $174 to have ALL my stitches removed and this young male dentist obviously FORGOT to take them ALL out. Very very unprofessional to forget one of the stitches and not thoroughly look to see if there are more stitches that need removing. i don’t understand how he didn’t see it there, he only cut one of the two out. i was ripped off. as a new customer to this dentist, i will definitely not be returning. extremely unprofessional.

I hadn't been to a dentist in over 15 years due to a traumatizing experience in the past. Thanks to Dr. Ash who helped me overcoming the biggest fear in my life.
