Just don’t.I got my ear pierced here and they used a gun instead of a needle and really rushed the whole process. I felt like I couldn’t ask any questions or even be warned about what not to do with the piercing. On top of that I wasn’t told the price until the end which was double what their other store said just the day before (their piercer wasn’t in). I understand that could’ve been the other employees fault but I honestly think they shouldn’t wait until the end to charge someone.

Unethical and disappointing experience at Broadmeadows Hairhouse today. I went to shop and to receive the 20% discount being the 1st Tuesday of the month which has been going on for years including receiving emails and texts as reminders.I was approached by the 1st assistant who said she didn't think they give this discount anymore. After she confirmed with someone, she said they did. At the counter another member put through my 2 items and asked me for their full price. I reminded her it should be 20% off. She said she thought it was only 10%. Then the manager came at me and said that if i want the promotion i should ask for the manager as her staff don't know about it and that this promotion had not been around for years. To make matters worse the shelf price was $31.95 per bottle, she charged me $34.95 per bottle then took 20% off each. The manager's approach and communication skills were abrupt and disgusting. She needs to remind herself that without customers, she will not have a job and that she needs to lower her voice.

Terrible customer service!Had a bad experience in this store today. When we walked into the store, there were no customer at all, in the store and three staffs were busy chatting.Even when they saw us, they barely acknowledged us. I had walked in for my daughter’s ear piercing, but was told the piercer left early as she was sick. Ok we get that, but the staff seemed to be irritated to answer even the simplest questions. Zero customer service skills, and we could clearly see from their faces how much they resented us for interrupting their discussion. Would not recommend this place at all.

Went in feeling self conscious about my hair and left feeling like a million bucks with soft silky hair, natural looking colour, beautiful face framing layers and soft bouncy waves. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Great experience. I'm very happy & will be going back again

The store manger was so helpful I only came in to get heat protector I ended up buying haircare products and a hairdryer when you have amazing stuff on that are bubbly and recommend a good products you just have to buy it. Each time I come into the store I’m always welcomed by amazing staff❤️

Absolutely amazing and staff are wonderful. Emily is just superb at doing my hair. I’ve had my extensions lifted again and love how healthy my hair has gotten, it’s growing she’s gotten me into great products and her hair curls style lasted all day on me and throughout my sleep my curls still looks amazing the next day! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome so looked after and giving me awesome looking hair !!

The manager at this branch is absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so much for being able to cater to my situation with short notice and rectifying the issue immediately. The team is lovely and all the staff members here are very welcoming.

Came into the store today and got served by a girl named Krissy. I was welcomed by her into the store with so much enthusiasm. Every question I asked her she replied back with confidence & great advice. I ended up purchasing a whole new hair care range by her considering I only walked in there for shampoo. Excellent service & outstanding appearance. Will definitely be back!

Great experience with the piercer and my 8 month old. She did a great job. Just recommend better organisation of piercing jobs as it just walk ins. And can get busy in the front area. Maybe have some waiting chairs and an attendant specifically for piercings and form filling.
