The staff were wonderful but it was the clothing I bought for my grandson that was disappointing. Two pairs of board shorts that have ripped apart after little use. Also bought him some corduroy ones which I am really happy with

Very attentive staff, especially the manager. Good saleswoman. Pretty good quality clothing. Most of the shop is wheelchair/walker accessible. Staff happy to bring things to show you. They are paperless, so expect they will ask for your email address to send the receipt to. Everyone waiting in line can hear this, so if you want this kept private, make a new email for this purpose. They have good change rooms. Didn't see a disabled friendly change room there. Might battle to fit a wheelchair in one and/or a carer. Ghanda has made a name as a new, hip store based around good customer service. Clothing design/prints...you'll love it or hate it.

Great stock, seasonal wear is fresh and stylish. But the 5 stars is for the lovely professional young lady who served me Thursday morning 6/6/19. Even though she was on the phone to another store she paused walked over welcomed me to the store and explained the clothing layout. She let me browse and was happy answering my questions. A professional and welcoming staff member showing some of the other retail shops in the area how it's done!

Very disappointing! I turned up to the store at 5.30 to have a look and was told that it was closed yet google had said that they were open till 6pm. There were no trading hours on the door or even a closed sign. The door was still unlocked but the staff inside told me they were closed. Please make sure your trading hours are updated it might save people time and fuel.

A beautiful range of clothing and the friendliest staff!The young man who served me, (I believe his name was Tom?) was extremely kind and helpful, will definitely be coming back.
