Mystery box, not a fan of it. Only the scissors were the best mystery. I was excited to open the box but not what I expected. Felt like multiple things of the same were just thrown in to fill up.

After 25 years of service they just keep getting better. I missed old Max, but the repairs and service were amazing. I would never cut with anything else or let anyone else touch my scissors.Thank you all for today and love the new look.

I bought my pairs a few years ago and they were amazing. I sharpened them after 2 and they were still good. Last time they did the sharpening, I didn't like them at all. Felt like a pair of cheap scissors after. I went back to them they did that again but still not very good. They have life time guarantee but even when they gave me a new thining scissors (same model), beacause it wasn't fixable, it still wasn't good.So I think I have to buy new scissors after 5-6 years.
