Armanno Prestige Tiling and Design

I requested a quote and arranged for Josh to visit Tuesday. We arranged for 6.30am, however I recieved a text at 6am stating he was now going to a job down the coast and would be back by 11.30ish.I waited until 12.30 and text to say I had to leave at 1.15 for a docs appt.However I didn't hear from Josh so I cancelled my appt so I could wait for him.No text and no show...... I then sent a voice message at 5.00. Still no answer.I am so dissappointed. His voice message says our business is important to them however this obviously is not the case. When they can't even get the quoting done or text to make another time, one wonders how professional there work must be? My time is just as valuable as their time.

Every experience and interaction I have had with Josh and his company has been amazing. All his products have helped with me with a range of things I have suffered from for years. Ranging from aches and pains to mood and sleep remedies. Josh has always shown a professionalism and empathy towards his customers, helping in anyway he can for his clients to have a stronger well being. Recently I had my bathroom renovated. Josh and his team did a faultless job renovating my main bathroom. Extremely friendly and professional to work with!The tiling work in particular was a standout - because of the chosen style, any imperfection would've caused major dramas but they did it perfectly. This was my first time renovating anything and Armanno Prestige Tiling and Design handled all of my questions and changes-of-mind with patience which was appreciated. Any issues that I had were handled promptly.Wouldn’t go anywhere else - highly recommended

Armanno Prestige Tiling or Josh Armanno is his name, our builder had another tiler for our new home, but he didn’t want to lay our 1200x900 porcelain 18mm thick.We were recommended Josh by the tile supplier, 1 phone call to Josh and it was sorted in 5 minutes, he assured us that what we selected wouldn’t be a problem and would look incredible and don’t be concerned as he would take care of it all for us. And he did.My wife was so relieved and the final product was prefect. Everyone who sees the job aggress and I’ve recommended him to everyone I know. Use him and you won’t ever be disappointed!!

So I apologise again profusely, it wasn’t my intention to not make you feel important so I hope you can forgive me for disappointing you.
