Helped Sheena out 6 months ago by installing a Kitchen at Glenelg in Adelaide. We have still not received final payment even though we have several emails and phone calls stating she would pay. Employed a debt collector who had the same problem with broken promises over the last two months. Finally she did pay the debt collector but the money bounced back. If you are a contractor or a supplier I would think twice about dealing with Sheena Fode and S and D Cabinets. John

In 2016 we organised S and D Cabinets to install our new kitchen in Cheltenham. Purchased all the items for the kitchen from ovens, gas and induction hot plates, range hood, fridge, sinks etc a couple of months before so all the specs were there for the dimensions of the kitchen.Installation was lengthy, started demolishing in September. A delay not the fault of S and D delayed until end October.But then the agreed design had to change to accommodate the different appliances, yet all the specs had been provided months before.Delays in getting the cupboard painted and the painter blamed.Trades keep getting calls from office rather than being allowed to get on with the job. If we tried to call always diverted to message bank yet when payments due easy to get hold ofMeasurements were not correct, so things had to be remade. Long long 5 month saga cut short is the pantry installed was not what we asked for and has reduced usable space by a third, the storage in kitchen has been reduced because of changes that were not practical.This was the 3rd time I have used this company. First time was awesome, second time was OK, should have trusted my instincts for the 3rd time.

Published on behalf of my parents, who used this company for a kitchen renovation:Very keen to do the work and could start when we wanted and we were told it would take about 4 days. It total over the 7 weeks that we were without a completed kitchen I estimate they worked for a total of 4 days so not a complete lie. The owner of the business constantly said she would follow things up and get back to us and didn't to the point of not taking notice of the colour scheme we had agreed on and at the last minute the tradesman asked me about what colour we wanted. We had paid the deposit a month before the due date of demolition of old kitchen but clearly no work was done until they came to demolish the old. Consequently we had 3 weeks before Xmas living off our dining room table with a non functioning kitchen and stuff spread around the other rooms of the house. We had to get the kitchen back into some order for Xmas even though it was not finished. After Xmas we had to unpack the kitchen again for them to take another 3 weeks to finally complete. They got measurements wrong, they installed pieces incorrectly, they damaged surfaces during installation and had to have them redone. They installed panels that weren't properly painted. There was no quality control or supervision by either the owner or the supposed foreman. They never informed us when they were working and we had to contact them constantly. There has been no review of the now final product and no contact to see if we are happy or if anything needs review.
