Capital Nissan, Kia, Haval and GWM Service Centre

The same problem again and again. I booked my regular service about a month in advance. Dropped my car at 9 am, but they didn't even start the service at 2 pm so I had to collect the car without service at 2.30 pm. They are either understaffed or have issues with pipeline management (overbooked). Overall, customer service is poor. I had no choice but to switch to another service centre in Belconnen.

Very slow is service. Just took 1 month to inspect my car! Making silly excuses.

We were travelling far from home when a big service became due. We booked in to the Queanbeyan centre. The reception and waiting area was clean and attractive. The receptionist was friendly and offered us a courtesy transport back to our Canberra hotel and pick up in the afternoon. We had time for a coffee in the waiting room and then we're collected and deposited as promised. The centre communicated via phone as promised and sought our permission to replace wiper blades at extra cost. We were collected in th afternoon and driven back to the centre to find all work completed and our car cleaned and looking good. Very good service in all respects.
