AVOID AVOID AVOID! Required a radiator straight away, our Company is also in Malaga, refused to give address for pick-up. As soon as we said Pick-up, lady on the phone said part was no longer available! Also sounded like a Call-centre in the background. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

very hard to deal with buyer beware

tryed to buy 2 frount brake rotors for a ba falcon avtirsed for 33 dollars each plus delivery ok but i am a miner and cant get a credit card i have plenty of cash 6.000 per 7 days work but still no rotors i think this site is a scam

Hi Jason, I called you three times and a lady answered she doesn't understand customers very well. when she tells me to wait she hangs up and leaves, the service is very poor. my mechanic also called you and the same happened.

Great service. I didn't know what I wanted the exactly Girl worked it out guided me through the whole process. I needed it quick as I was stuck with out my car. ordered Friday and one of the owners delivered his self Saturday. Never had a service like that before.

Called and was asked to order part online, did so, was called back by Alpha to query order and was told I would be called back to confirm order - they never called back. I called them, they said they would call back - they never called back. Irate, I called them again to confirm the correct part which I had paid for, still with no real confirmation. An email quickly followed saying the order had been cancelled and that money would be refunded in good time. I called back to question and was told my attitude was poor" and to try elsewhere. I went to another shop in Bassendean and ordered the part 10% cheaper then Alpha charged. Will never use them again! Would love to give less than one star too

Where is ur office. And how long do use keep ur customers on hold

Ordered and paid for a wing mirror but it never arrived.Contacted them 3 times and nobody got back to me.Still dont have the mirror or my money backWouldnt order from them again as im out of pocket.
