Worst customer service ever. We will never buy another LG product again. New dishwasher flooded and damaged floor. A month has passed and still no meaningful solution from LG. Very long waits over the phone with no solution. Zero stars if it was an option.

Dishwasher having issues less than a year of purchase. Called LG and booked a time in to get it looked at. They assigned Woolley Appliance Services. These clowns couldn't even get the time right and now they have had to re-book me for next week.I'm going to the ACCC because I'm making a claim for this inconvenience. I suggest everyone else do the same if the technicians don't come out on time. It's your right.

I have been without a fridge for over two weeks now. Firstly l needed to wait for the approved repaier which took one week. Once they looked at the fridge it was deemed to need a new compressor. I contacted customer care and they sorted me with a claim number that day and l have been waiting for a claims Manager from Sydney to call me ever since. I call them every 48 hrs and they keep sending email to claims Manager to call me. l have a family of 5 and havung no fridge is a pain. LG you should be embarassed by this service. My house is full of your products and this is how we get treated. If you sell products in Australia, then you need to have after care service. I am still waiting for a call.

TERRIBLE customer service is an understatement. I have been back and fourth with LG regarding a new fridge which is not even 6 months old (purchased brand new) and they couldn't care less. They tell you they will call you back, you wait a week, no reply back from them so you have to call them. You call them, they keep you on hold for a good 15 minutes, come back to you with no resolution. For such a well known brand name, LG, you should be ashamed of yourselves to say the least. I wish i didnt have to give them even one star because they dont deseve it. And i certainty wouldn't recommend to family and friends because dealing with them is an absolute nightmare.

We bought LG Refrigerator (GF-L570PNL) from GoodGuys Ballarat in January 2021.After we used it for 2 weeks the water dispenser stopped working. After many calls to all parties and some weeks finally a local Tech came to check it. Following a six plus week wait for the part she returned to replace the pump, but it stopped working again within a few weeks.We have called LG support and they just say Sorry for the inconvenience and the local tech will contact you shortly"

Unfortunately I have had to give a one star rating as there is no option for anything less than that which LG so called Customer Care deserve.Fridge purchased in April 2022, water and ice dispenser failed two weeks after delivery.After countless hours on the phone to LG our fridge has still not been repaired with no resolution in site.If you are considering purchasing an LG product I strongly suggest you don't.LG your company is an absolute embarrassment.

11 out of 10 for LG technician ‘Uday’. LG call Centre Phone contact on weekend worked, very helpful. Arranged for Technician to visit house to fix water unit in 2 door LG fridge. Technician txt day before to advise approx timing, txt on day to update service call. Came with spare parts if needed to fix on the spot and not have to arrange a second visit. Very informative , identified issue, replaced part and tested work when finished, cleaned up any spills too. Very happy with everything re this issue, great support, Thank you Uday and LG.

I purchased a 77inch oled TV on boxing day Total spend was $4895 the HDMI port 2 stopped working a week later, we purchased this TV due to the game optimisation however this port is what is recommended for game play. I called LG customer service" if you want to call it that and they wanted to touble shoot it over the phone

DO NOT BUY!Not even four years and the Tv screen goes dark and no repair is possible.It is outside warranty however Australian consumer law clearly states reasonable time frames that high quality products should last.LG response: we consider 4 years a reasolable and sufficient life time for our TVs.So be aware: LG claims it is selling high quality products, but will say 4 years life time for a TV is enough.Customer service is the worst and most disrespectful I have ever seen!

Lg customer service is the worst I have ever experienced I have had no fridge since 17th jan and call everyday to be told the case manager will call but never receive not 1 call. Still waiting for resolutionWill never buy another LG product ever again
