Asked staff for a specific case and bought it, was the wrong size and tried to return it but the owner stated only exchanges... even though his staff gave the wrong advice.Been in before for a quote to get my phone screen fixed and it was cheaper to pay for petrol and accommodation to sydney for the same price.Not worth looking after locals...

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience here. I brought a 2019 128gb ipad for a repair assessment after the screen was damaged. In summary, on return I was advised the device could not be repaired . The actual words used were its only good for the bin unfortunately ". And would just dispose of it. I believed the man because he seemed kind and genuine .He seemed to empathize with my disappointment.However

A phone is a necessity during this pandemic, to check in and out everywhere, so when the battery started dying it was becoming a problem. Phoned the day before to check, TechMe2 were able to replace battery during a physio appointment in town. Many thanks!
