Very helpful staff and an excellent range of pots as well as a vast array of beautiful and lovingly looked after plants. Worth visiting if you want help with lots and plants to go in them.

Charge premium price and offer arrogant service. Was told the pots are not refundable even I suggest take it back on the same day if it doesn't suit my garden. NO NO NO ITS OUR POLICY" said the guy in light blue shirt. Seems like they are not interested in long term relationship with customers. Sick of their "Just give me your money and fork off" attitude."

The team at Pots and Planters helped me fit out our new office space with some beautiful self watering planters and the results were amazing, they were also able to recommend the right plants and have it all delivered at the same time bonus!!Highly recommended

Great service. Staff seem very friendly..BRING A HAT!!Great range of plants.2 of my plants had bacterial rot (mad hatter capsicum and chilli's) which showed up days after arriving home...
