Every single time I go here the shelves are always empty of stock. Whomever is doing the ordering needs to order way deeper. People come to a physical cake supply store because they need whatever item within a short time frame. You are also willing to pay more for that convenience but if I have to still wait two weeks for the stock item I need, I'm going to just order it online for cheaper and get it delivered to my door. The staff are also not the most customer service orientated people. This store just always seems like its an afterthought by whomever owns it which is a pity.

Poor service. Went back to return Vivid food colouring as it had a best before date for 1 year and I don’t use them often but they didn’t accept returns or exchanges despite having bought it just a day before and they were fully sealed. Very rude lady and poor service. Disappointed as all the other staff was friendly and helpful during my previous visits.

Rude customer service from the lady at the counter. Doesn’t want to help at all. Reading at the comments they seem a bit racist as-well. No greetings, nothing.
