never got chance to meet any staff from VisaAssist (for obvious reasons LOL), however I`ve always loved dealing with them for my partner visa. Sandra has always been extremely helpful, simple, concise and highly knowledgeable of the migration hurdles, to a point where I felt everything was gonna be ok in the end.There were times where I`ve been a little bit impatient (it took me 2yrs from the application day to have the 801 visa granted), yet Sandra never stopped to instil confidence and reassure the wait time will be worth it.Recommendable service if you`re a novice in Aus visas and need some redirection :)

Was going to book an initial meeting, wanted to know before-hand if 3 months is enough time to allow for the process before paying $330 for the consultation. Very rude phone manner, interrupted me and would not even hear my question before dismissing me. I will be going elsewhere.
