I go here and they cut according to their style. They don’t listen me and give the worst cut of my life . Guys I don’t recommend him .

Exactly according to your record you didn't do anything because I was told to wait 30 minutes and when I come back I was told another 30 so that was an hour and I came 3rd time this time hour so yes great work for not serving me your right.

First time customer and this place deserves more than one star, I gave 5 stars because the experience for me and my partner was excellent, we booked an appointment for 4.15pm and was seen promptly. The lady and guy that serviced us was amazing, good communication throughout and made us feel comfortable, I had full colour done and they did a great job, also my partner had his overgrown beard and hair cut and faded to the way he liked it and cheap prices too compared to other salons that are a ripoff and don’t do the job properly. Thanks again will definitely be back. Will be recommending to family and friends too.

It was really disgusting experience that i had experienced from the saloon ..From my point of view (i say no )don’t go to this saloon the staff is so weird . Ladies accept the appointment but don’t gives the time on arrival what they are booked for .They waste the time and says sorry on last to cover up . Especially the person name ( Sorav )He does discrimination with the customer . Gives the first opportunity who is in his close relation on arrival either the other person is booked before to him.Says no , guys please don’t waste your time for this saloon .Replying to your reply below. I was there at 6:15pm. First of all this situation should not arise and secondly when i was there at 6:15 with my other friend, why was this situation not told to me then. I waited there for near about two hours and then the guy for whom i booked said that he can not give me service instead told me to wait for another half an hour and get service from saurav. I had previously got service from saurav and he does not do a good job that is why i specially asked for sahil during my booking phone call. Than the guy who cam for 7:40 booking you guys started serving him instead me who had been there for 2 hrs and told me to wait another half an hour. Why was this not told to the other guy and why was i told to wait. He should have waited and should have got my haircut. You also didn’t even once ask that if it is alright to serve other people before me. You served 2 people before me who arrived there late. So don’t lie

Booked our appointment 2 weeks ago. But on the day of our appointment, he made us wait for nearly 2 hours. While In the meantime he was accepting walk in. I don’t think he understand the meaning of appointment. Even the owner don’t know how to talk to customers after making them wait for so long.Really bad customer service. I would have given zero stars but don’t have the option. Not Recommended.

Very bad customer service. I personally recommend please avoid this place if you can. Even if you have an appointment they will make you to wait for ages. He Gives the first opportunity who is in his close relation on arrival. The excuse is I am running late and he is booked before you. They will always take walk-in before your appointment. There is no sense of having appointment system. They make you wait for sure every time doesn’t matter how advance you booked your appointment. When I visited another hair dresser I come to know my hairs were not cut equally. It’s totally waste of time and money.

Very bad service and rude owners, doesn’t treat the clients properly.Over priced and is not professional at all. Wish there’s zero star option.Will do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I think they probide very good service. I have been their regular customer after trying number of salons within 10 KM. They are very friendly and follows what customer wants. The price is very reasonable.

I recently had a hair cut without blow drying cause It was my first time n I wanted to check it out. 3 mths ago I had a hair cut that cost me $100 In Wyndham Vale … overpriced and dissatisfied with the cut. Owesome hcut, price is reasonable and am happy with the outcome. Just a little awkward that the guy didn’t introduce himself as … ‘my name is this and am going to do your hair today’ like in other places, ….cultural differences I suppose. Other than that it was great and I would recommend them.
