I have been to Zumba classes all over Australia and South East Asia. No other instructor I have seen can compare to Sacha for pure energy and clarity of instruction. She is the best, so if you get the chance, try one of her classes. You won't regret it.

As much as I love Zumba there is no way that I would have stuck with it for well over a decade had it not been for Sacha. Her energy, professionalism and constant smile puts you in a great mood and encourages you to keep coming back. What started as an exercise class became a lifestyle with an amazing community of friends who welcome everyone no matter your fitness level. I highly recommend you give it a try - there are no mistakes, only solos.

I tried lots of different Zumba classes before I found Sacha & there is none better. Great mix of music, great choreography, you can go hard or adjust to suit your own fitness level. Bonus that she’s such a lovely person & you’ll meet a fabulous crowd of women

My absolute favourite exercise class for the past 9 years and one of the best hours in my week! Sacha is so energic, plays great music and her smile always makes you want to work harder. It's the best way to get your dancing fix, in a great atmosphere with a lovely group of people.
