I have used Walter's services a month ago and it was worth it.I needed a Permiso de salir de Colombia" which is a requirement for the minors to go out from Colombia if they are not accompanied by both parents. The Colombian consulate can do the procedure for a cheaper price but it is very busy (it is difficult to book a appointment) and it is needed to go to Canberra for it.Walter was very helpfull with the process
