Folks,I bought 2 Trail Cameras recently and had some trouble with the second. The SIM simply would not hook in. If it was to happen to anyone, it will happen to me. Apparently they never have trouble with these cameras. Peter sorted it out for me for which I am truly thankful. Bought a wildlife camera from these guys. AusPost lost it in transit and acknowledged it. Emailed Pro Choice about the incident on a week night, the next morning they posted a replacement camera without any questions asked. The camera arrived the following day. I was amazed by how they just made the problem go away, literally over night. 5 star customer service. Recommend!

Great support and customer service from the team at ProsChoice, especially Robbie. I needed a 4G camera to monitor a remote property. I eventually selected the ScoutGuard Boly MG984G-36M 2way SMS Black IR Camera because it sent via MMS the best quality photos from a triggered event. The team were happy to spend lots of time over the phone helping me configure and fine tuning the camera settings.

I want to give a big shout out for the wonderful customer service. I had a problem with a battery tray on a recent purchase and was able to return the camera for free. I expected a repair but was sent a brand new replacement camera express post immediately. Thank you Ian.

Pros Choice only shipped me half the order but they fixed that with no problems. Great Service Support. Also they have electronic manuals (for my Browning). I guess it cost me a little time but all good. I do however believe all internet shops should have a front counter even if it is a warehouse standard one - not suggesting DJ standard.

They are well priced, reliable and quickly remediate any issues e.g., 10 security cases were missing from my delivery, however when prompted, Robbie noted the oversight, packed them immediately and I received them 24 hours later, no hassles and no fuss, just great service.
