I’ve used Extermapest for over 7 years now and they never disappoint. Usually Jay and his team do my 12 month general pest control and termite inspection/treatment and I have never seen a cocky or spider inside. Lately, I had a neighbour put in a Chook pen on my boundary fence, which ended up giving me a very large rat problem. Jay came to the rescue immediately and not only got rid of my rats permanently, but even cleaned the outdoor kitchen where they had nested

We live near the sea and we get the big fly in type of roaches all the time , but all we see now dead roaches .Jay's price was very competitive and he was very thorough. On time as promised unlike half the trades people on the Sunny Coast. Very Happy . Thanks again Jay !

Excellent service by Jay. Very experienced and knowledgeable. He re filled our termite reticulation and answered any questions we had. We also use his general pest protection every year. Jay is a pleasant and easy going professional. He will advise as to your best course of action, and does not try any oversell or scare tactics. He gives good honest advice. My wife booked in Extermapest to do our termite barrier and general pest treatment as we were suffering huge issues with spiders in my son's room, I previously used rent to kill to try and fix this issue and they had no success even after being called back twice under warranty! to my surprise Jay from Extermapest managed to fix the issue first time his knowledge was outstanding and i highly recommend his services.
