Had my floors done and the contractors stole a few of my partners items , the boss sided with his employees and told me they never stole the items!Also shonky work with the silicon all up the skirting boards and bubbles in the floor in random spots.Do not recommend to anyone.

Very disapointing experience. When we went into the show room, we were absolutely blown away by the amazing customer serviced delivered by the show room lady that we decided we would definitely do buisness with this company based off the excellent customer service we received.We were given vinyl planks to lend to pick a colour, the lady was knowledgeable, the quote was attended in a timely manner.From the moment we paid our deposit we started to question our decision to go through this company as the service was poor from here. We were told they would be contact in a certian time frame when the flooring product arrived. We did not receive any contact during this time so gave the buisness a call myself and was told the product had just arrived an hour ago and they hadn’t had a chance to call me. The lady was apologetic and asked if she could call me the next day when she had all of the paperwork etc. No phone call the next day. I phoned the following day myself to be told by the exact same employee that the product is not in and when I questioned her that she told me 2 days prior to was there she changed to talking about install dates.I had a personal injury come up and had to alter the agreed install dates which was well accomodated.We had install planned to be completed in 2 stages over a total of 4 days. Wow.After the first install of 3 rooms I spent an hour cleaning glue off skirting boards and my walls. There was signifcant damage to the skirting boards in x 2 places, physical wood chipped from the skirting boards.When I raised these issues with the owner I was told that the skirting board damage happens when primer is not used when painting them and is easily damaged by the knives used and that they would have sent someone around to clean the glue off had I have called. (I had sent an email the afternoon of the install being done).The 2nd stage of install was just as dissapointing. The install employees were rude, only one employee had the respect to say hello to me in my own home. Again glue left all over walls, skirting boards and the floors. The ‘ramping’ between the tiles and the vinyl looked like an arts and craft cut and paste activity it was not cut to the full length of the area needed and just stuck down with some small dabs of glue, scotia with sharp nails sticking out. Some vinyl planks in the cupboard not glued down and no vinyl planks put in x 2 cupboards. Again no communication re this. When I rang the owner/manager he was not aware of this issue and stated he would follow up. It was only around this point did the manager ask to come to my home and look at the work after again raising multiple concerns and having him apologise and state he would get the issues fixed and was suprised as they usually do great work.When the manager come to my home he seemed to listen however kept apologising saying he usually gets nothing but great feedback and he would get the issues fixed.It was at this point my husband and I decided we did not want these people back in our home “fixing” the mess they have created so we decided to fix these issues ourselves and just have them glue down the reamining vinyl in the cupboards.I would not have this company do any further work in my home or reccomended to anyone.

Wow!!! The team here were fantastic. Special shout out to Janine for her patience while I got distracted by everything and overwhelmed with choice. Did you know they do tiles here? I didn't and the website doesn't mention them. The range was fantastic. I highly recommend the team here especially Janine.
