I love this bakery! Almost every item you can think of. Consistent good quality products, look and taste amazing. Friendly service too. This is my favourite bakery in Brisbane.

Best chicken and asparagus and also pepper steak pie there is. Pretty much all of the goods there are fantastic. I have been frequenting oven king for over 10 years and they never let me down!

First of all, before I proceed I should point out that the people are nice at this pie shop (2stars). However the food today made me literally sick approx an hour after consuming. A mixture of the chicken and salad sandwich came back out. Then three hours of just feeling sick followed by a few hours sleep to push through. I am fine now though after a long sleep.I just wish I had of seen the mould on the lamington we purchased from here, before we sat out the front of the shop to eat a few pastry’s and salad sandwiches we bought, as I would have just asked for a refund and not eaten anything from this shop at all.If my wife hadn’t noticed the mould on the lamington before my 8 year old son consumed it, I’ve no idea how sick my son would have become.They refunded the cost of the lamington without question (thank you). And although there was no way to tell I was going to end up sick from the food here, i kind of feel like I want a $33.40 refund for the other food purchased.

I was looking for a bakery through a delivery app and came across Oven King Bakery, who doesn't sell bead, but I saw that they sold Banh Mi, which is a Vietnamese Pork Roll, which I love! So I ordered one.I continued scrolling through their menu and noticed a creamy asparagus Pie, which I also love, and so I ordered one of them as well as. Food arrived within a reasonable time and I have to say, I was instantly in heaven! The Banh Mi, Pork Roll and Asparagus Pie were divine! I will be ordering from them again for sure. Highly recommended.

In the last two times I have ordered from this bakery what was once round normal God given meat pies is now a disgusting yellow square meat pie that almost always leaves me feeling sick. What the hell has happened to the meatpies!?!?!? They were my favourite food now they aren't because this is honestly disgusting. Idk if it is a change in chef or management, but all I ask is to not screw up a beloved Australian food item.

Purchased 2 jam split donuts today, omg they were absolutely horrible. I'm pretty sure they had been frozen and defrosted. We couldn't eat them and chucked them in the bin. They charge $4.90 each, this will be the last time we go to this bakery.
