Having read a blog on reddit expressing concerns about the legitimacy of this business, I held my breath and order a couple of NetComm items as I couldn't find them anywhere else. Placed the order on 4th October. Goods arrived at my door in locked down Melbourne on 7th October. Couldn't get the equipment to configure, so I reached out to NetComm who made some extreme suggestions to fix the problem. Then I called Rob at mstore who called me back straight away, gave me practical solutions and kept in touch until the problem was completely resolved. Fantastic help and support. Thanks Rob!

Delivery in great condition! and the product is cheaper than many shops, and I am getting my good 3 days before the expected date. I highly recommend everyone to visit this store before make their final decision.

Outstanding Service!! I paid $12 for Delivery ($2 more than I would have paid for Aus Post Delivery - which would have taken 7-8 days to be delivered), and my item was delivered early the following morning!! I live in Rural Victoria so getting your item delivered the next morning is not the norm. So happy I chose MStore for my purchase!! Thank You!!

We use these guys for all of our IT business needs. We purchased a number of laptops from them when we shifted to WFH and shipping was Super fast. great after sales support. Cannot recommend them enough.

Staff were able to assist with my purchase to ensure that I got the right items otherwise I would have likely stuffed up and chosen the wrong product. Before completing the purchase I did quickly price check and found they were cheaper than competitors.The equipment was dispatched and quickly arrived. As per the previous comment Rob was able to assist with the setup even whilst travelling through regional NSW!!.I will look to buy through them in the future.

The product is good. The contact was very good. Toll as a delivery company is not good. Drivers do not carry phones, do not provide estimate of when they would deliver stuff and simply drive off if you are not there even though in the tracking they say they would make an appointment.
