Collective Pilates Medowie
If you haven’t tried reformer Pilates collective Pilates is the place to go very clean , friendly beautiful ladys willing to help you in giving alternative options .. my personal experience I wasn’t that keen but once I tried it I have more range of movement, flexibility and helps with my hips twisting .. I do 2-3 classes a week there is different times available to suit my busy lifestyle ..

Collective Pilates Medowie
Have you tried Reformer Pilates? - DO IT!! A great overall workout and calorie burner. The instructors at Collective Pilates are so friendly and welcoming (not to mention experienced!) They also have options in based on your own fitness level. Cannot recommend it enough!
