Excellent after sales customer service. Had purchased a security door from them 2 years ago but had a few mechanical issues with it. Sue and Barry were really understanding and came over very quickly in order to assess the problem and were able to fix it on the same day. Highly recommend.

Used this local business to install 2 Stainless Steel Security Doors into our home.Fantastic service, Barry wasn't out to just sell us a door, he enquired as too what we wanted to achieve and provided us with best product to suit our needs.Barry explained the importance of natural ventilation whilst keeping our home as secure when our glass doors are closed.Barry was very open with sharing information and used language that we were able to understand, he also explained the difference between the Prowler Proof Doors and the others on the market.
