Carpet Call Midland

Difficult company to deal with. When you ring the Midland show room with a problem you are immediately shunted to Osborne Park. Dealing with carpet call is like dealing with a bureaucracy. You leave messages but no one rings you back.FOOTNOTE: Since my original review we were contacted by Alex who managed to resolve our issue which involved installing hybrid flooring in a room with feature brick walls and no skirting boards. Thank You.

My situation is similar to Simon Schofield's review below. I asked for new flooring through out my entire house. The salesman said that if the kitchen tiles stayed, the flooring would go on top and there'd be a 'T' type juncture between the tiles and new flooring You won't notice the difference" was his response!! I use a wheelchair or walking stick for mobility therefore safety to prevent falls is paramount ...but no said the salesman again 'You won't even notice it"!! So the carpet is taken up and the flooring went down

Would like to thank Sean from carpet call midland, with some unexpected issues with installation, Sean was able to assist with my strict deadline for our office space making some calls and taking on extra work Sean ensure that our new hard flooring would be installed on time which saved myself alot of stress.Cheers

[Update 21/10/2022 - issue resolved]The area manager/head office contacted us and have now resolved the issue. It is pleasing to know that there is governance in place to fix issues caused by local stores.Thank you Alex and Head office.-------------------------------------------------------------------------[Original issue]We booked a job for carpet install and provided the room layout/design. The install date was changed without us knowing. I had taken time off work to stay home. When i called to check, only to be told it has been pushed out by a week.A week later the installer ripped out the old carpet from the room and robe but did not replace the robe carpet. He said that there isn't enough carpet supplied by the warehouse.I have reached out to midland store many times about the robe carpet, only to be told I will get a call back"

Caleb was patient and courteous, listened to my needs, helping me to make a realistic choice of rug for my small unit. He also followed up with excellent care advice and after sale service.

My partner and me just went to midland Carpet Call store and had Sean help us out, ended up walking out with the exact flooring we were after without being pressured into anything and up there with the best service we have seen in a while! Will deffinatly be going back.

My partner and I walked into the Midland Carpet Call on Clayton Street looking for new carpet for our freshly bought first home. The staff were able to provide very honest information regarding the carpet we were looking into. We organised a Quote and Measure and the salesperson was very helpful, we managed to organise our carpet pricing with an added discount and our installation date. Unfortunately we received a call closer to the installation date informing us there would be a 2 week wait due to courier delay. The staff was very helpful and kind in regards to arranging a free carpet upgrade, due to their courier inconvenience, on a carpet brand we would not have been able to afford. The installation was smooth sailing and super quick. Everyone was amazing and the new carpet has made our house feel like a home!

Dropped in to discuss carpets for our lounge room. Scott was fantastic and very knowledgable. Mathew from Cannington came out to measure up and was amazing to deal with. His knowledge and personality gave us a great experience. Thanks Matt and Scott...i cant recommend these guys enough

Walked in looking for flooring for our newly built home on saturday. Sean and Scott were very knowledgable and honest about their products. Provided great friendly customer service and went the extra mile to get us a deal and them a sale. A win-win for everyone involved.If your looking for flooring in Midland this should be your first stop, and dont be surprised if its your last as well.10/10 would use again.
