I had my septum pierced here, the staff made me feel super comfortable throughout the process, and are really informative and welcoming.

every single time i come in, lady with green/black hair and stretchers is just so rude. everything you ask or say seems to bother her. she literally works in customer service??

Really happy with my experience with Rachel! She pierced my helix back in February, changed my piercing and gave me some helpful tips yesterday that have already helped so much. I will definitely be back to get my next piercing done by Rachel :)

I came into the store with the purpose of getting a bottom navel piercing. The lovely ladies who were working (I believe it was Ella and the manager, I think her name was Jordan) had a look at the location (as you need to have the proper anatomy) and were really knowledgeable and deemed the piercing to be inappropriate, as I didn't have enough space and the piercing would reject. Instead, Jordan advised I should get a dermal piercing instead, informed me of the benefits and helped me choose the jewellery. Ella did the piercing and she was fabulous - she was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made me feel really calm and reassured. I have been to many piercing shops in my time, and my experience at Cosmetics Plus has definitely been one of the best so far! I will be returning to this store for future piercings.

Me and my bestfriend went and got our Belly peirced and we found it amazing!Ella made us feel so comfortable and overall I thought it was a great experience, will definitely be back!!

Went there today got my tongue done and honestly the customer service is so bad she marked out my tongue and didn't ask if that's where I wanted it positioned like other places do marked it and went straight in. Obviously It was painful and was spoken to so rudely won't be going back or even recommending. When I walked in it was like they were all depressed basically gave me get it done and get the hell out vibes

I went through a traumatic experience while getting a nose piercing. So the piercer who did my nose didn’t really have much empathy for the fact that I was nervous and shaky about it. She didn’t say much at all, which I thought was quite rude. She failed to talk me through it and make sure I’m okay, which I think is very important for every piercer. Once she was ready to pierce my nose I stepped back from it because she didn’t even let me know when she was going for it or didn’t even bother to do a count down. She looked irritated and bothered by the fact that I was scared which I thought was so rude. Eventually she pierced my nose and so much blood splat on my arm and started leaking everywhere which isn’t normal at all. I don’t know what she did wrong but it wasn’t normal. It hurt more than it should’ve and she barely helped me with tissues when I needed it. She failed to do so many casual things a piercer should do, and by the end of all of this she failed to give me any instructions on aftercare

Customer service is shocking as you would see in the previous reviews. Both staff are extremely rude have no interest in helping you are aggressive and make you feel like you’re intruding on their day. Would never go back again. I recommend if you’re close to the Brisbane city to go to the piercing shop the two ladies are lovely.
