It's an amazing venue, the best day of my life.

After months of liaising with their event coordinators, we couldn’t have been happier with customer service.It wasn’t until the last three weeks before the wedding did we see the true colours of their owners/ management, who for reason unknown took over our wedding coordination.My biggest regret was choosing this venue to host our big day. The owners/ managers of this venue were so rude to the point where they had me sobbing the three days before my wedding, and we were discussing the potential cancellation, 48 hours before the event because of how spiteful and unprofessional they were.The owner was in our guests faces all night, children (above 12 years old) were being harassed by said owner because they were not accompanied by an adult when their parents were in fact supervising them.The day before the wedding, we had rallied some friends together to help us tie sashes on our chairs, the male owner refused to put the air conditioning on for us even though it was a scorching summer day, he then proceeded to stand at the top of the stairs to make sure everyone heard him complain about how many of us there were (5 people) his exact words were “there’s a flock them” he then told us we had 40 mins to leave, and kept hassling us to leave with comments like “you’ll be locked in if you don’t leave soon” his employed event coordinator stated we had a three hour time slot, in an email she had sent, when confronted with this he remarked, “at least one of you reads your emails then”This was so out of context as all our email receipts shows that we have replied promptly to every email the venue had sent. Multiple other negative experiences were had thanks to the owners of this venue.I have never been more humiliated and ashamed in all my life. The whole night, we felt their eyes were on us the whole time. I had multiple guests come up to me and ask who the owner was as they had negative interactions with the owner during the course of the night.The experience had with the owner of BG and her husband was THE WORST customer service experiences of our lives.I hope my experience will deter anyone else from going through what we did.Yes the venue is nice, but nothing is worth it to deal with people who are so unprofessional and rude.

All staff were amazing and lovely.Special shout out to Anthony and Gail for the set up - they are incredible, the venue looked devine and they were so friendly to our guestsLian, Anna & Aasha for planning - they were flawless and never complained at any change of mind or challenge we threw at themFor the owner Shirley, she was nothing but lovely to us and our guests and was very thoughtful to all guests dietary requirements. She guided our day perfectly.Thank you to the bartending staff, waitresses and the chefs plus everyone at boulevard!10/10 - Thank you!!!

As a professional full time wedding planner, marriage celebrant and entertainer since 2008 I have worked thousands of weddings at hundreds of venues all over Australia and can say that I have never been treated in such an unprofessional and completely unacceptable manner by a manager.The venue itself is fine and the other staff are friendly, but the overall experience is brought down by the attitude of this one unprofessional person.

We got married at Boulevard Gardens 2 weeks ago and could not stress more - DO NOT DO IT!Everything was perfect until about 3 weeks before the wedding. They kept changing their mind about major points that were essential for finalising the payment and we ended up paying more than what we were originally told. Every little step it just felt like they are trying to squeeze every last penny from us.DURING THE WEDDING:They refused to serve shots (people weren't drunk at all, it was the beginning of the evening, so no reasonable reason for this refusal).They kept chasing us with their Eftops to pay the bar tab while guests were still around (instead of sending an invoice the next day as agreed earlier). We even gave them friends' contacts to communicate during the day, but they kept harassing us during our wedding.None of the small details we agreed upon happened and we had to do everything ourselves, even tuning the lights and finding where to put the bouquet.Even if the person you're talking to seems nice, the owner will get in the details just before the wedding and will do what she wants (=destroy) during your wedding.Yes, they are cheaper, but it's not worth it. Save yourself this headache.Luckily, we have beautiful friends and family so our wedding was still awesome :)

Just wow. We got married 20.04.23 If you are thinking about Boulevard as your wedding venue - just bloody do it!!! They are absolute experts and the wedding industry really needs professionals like this to make your day run smoothly. Leanne (shout out to her, the little beauty!!) met us out the front with our photographer and our celebrant - everything ran like clockwork after that. Walking down the aisle, the music, everything. I couldn’t fault them it was SO perfect. There are overwhelmingly positive reviews for a reason - these guys know their stuff. The only advice I would give is put a lot of money on the bar tab because your guests will thank you for it. A micro-wedding at this venue is the best value for money, all inclusive and the response times to our emails every time we had a question was so fast and efficient. Thanks ladies we had the best day of our lives xoxoox

Didn’t know what to expect as my Daughter did all the planning for her wedding. Wow!! Over the moon with her choice. Not only is it magical and amazing yet very affordable. A perfect day from start to finish. The staff very professional but still friendly. The perfect hosts. The chef did an amazing menu and no complaints from guests. Highly recommend Boulevard Gardens for any function.

We haven’t yet had our wedding (getting married at Boulevard Gardens in December) but the girls at Boulevard have gone above and beyond! Our original wedding was planned at a different Venue, however due to Covid they unfortunately closed down. The amazing girls at Boulevard listened to all my concerns about planning a wedding during this crazy time and have made the wedding planning process an absolute breeze!I would recommend this venue to everyone! Thank you Boulevard Gardens for making the whole process a delight and I can’t wait to get married in your gorgeous venue! ❤️☺️UPDATE: We have now had our wedding at Boulevard and all I can say is THANK YOU! Our wedding was everything we wanted, everything went smoothly and all the staff were great! We have also had several comments from guests about how amazing the food was! Thank you so much to all the staff at Boulevard for your hard work. We are very happy that we got married at Boulevard Gardens :)

My husband and I had our wedding at this fairy-tale location. It was just beautiful. The staff are very helpful and attentive.The food is scrumptious!Great location for any event you may have!Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a great experience.
