Luxton homes built the best house for us. We met the company representative at the beginning of the project and he assured us that he will build the best house for us. He is absolutely the man of his words. The floor plan was amazing. We are very happy with their quality work. Their construction prices were reasonable , and it was full worth of money. We will definitely try to build another one with them if we get the opportunity. They are very easy to deal with, very friendly. We have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. They are a good builder.

I had my home built by Luxton 2 years ago and they done a fantastic job. The team was very good to deal with and everything was completed on time to a high level.

Recently completed first home build for my son in Geelong. Luxton arranged everything including the land at a title time, size and price that worked for us. Communication was great. The build, whilst being a first home included many standard items that other builders would class as extras (alarm system etc). The build time was exceptional in consideration of all the Covid delays being experienced presently. As soon as land titled the build commenced with no delays. Special shout out to the Site Manager, always available to answer any queries, clearly experienced at what he does and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My son has now moved in and couldn't be happier.

Built with Luxton and Vince from Luxton maintenance has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond with his communication and workmanship.

A wonderful builder. Especially to build a low budget but quality house for first home owner luxton is one of the best option out there. Very customer friendly builder. We had a wonderful experience and many thanks to Vince.

The entire build process was faultless. My supervisor and all the administration team always made themselves available, and they all went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard-work. They all worked tirelessly to make the build journey easier for myself and my family. I will recommend Luxton Homes to anyone that will listen. Thank you again for getting me into my beautiful home.

Not at all recommended.it’s only 6 month old house. Ducted heating wasn’t working . They talked to me on the phone call , but then property manager asked me call RINNAI , I didbut when the fault was rectified. They blamedMy solar installer rather than helping me toResolve the issue. asked me to pay which was not even our fault.NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED .

My building journey with Luxton was seamless. Luxton's workmanship was of high quality. The site manager was very meticulous and he made sure that every section of the build was of high quality. I have built several homes with different builders. Luxton was by far a standout from start to finish. Thank you to the team at Luxton

Excellent!!! The thought of building was quite daunting especially knowing that a lot of builders are perceived to be dishonest BUT if you are looking to build you HAVE TO consider building with Luxton Homes.Their service during the build and after the build is beyond my expectations.My independent building inspector commended the build quality and could only find very minor faults in the final inspection. Too minor for me to bring up with our site manager.Thank you to Nick our site manager, Vince the maintenance manager and Veronica our coordinator. You have set a high bar.I would definitely build with Luxton Homes again.

Absolute zero customer service. Veronica has no patience to even listen to what I was about to say. Assumed what my concern will be and jumped with all guns out. Shame on you.
