I went in to Patterson Cheney Toyota looking to purchase a car for my mum but no one seemed very interested in helping me.I was actually quite surprised and disappointed. I was looking for a specific Toyota but no one even tried to give me any options of a similar car to purchase so I went and purchased it elsewhere.

the way that i was spoken to by 1 of their staff members at the service centre was absolutely disgusting. he was extremely rude and arrogant and argued with back at me like a 5 year old. spoke at me like i didn’t know what i was talking about, after explaining to him that an extra cost was not relayed to me as i was given a different quote, while there were customers and other staff members present. no remorse or apology for my inconvenience or “miscommunication” at all. the way he handled himself and the attitude that was presented was very disrespectful and i will not be taking my car to them ever again.

Really nice people. Joel was very helpful and Sarah is the brightest, bubbly person ever. So friendly and they bend over backwards for you. We bought a car too so happy so far.

…great customer service (considering its a car yard!!).It would be great to take the car for a full night to test. But it’s an IUA thing not a Patterson Cheney thing. If your spending $70K, you think you could take it for more than allocated.

This is the main Toyota dealership in my area and where I purchase my new Toyotas from as well as get them serviced.Its a big facility located on a large allotment of land.New and used car lots with an indoor new car showroom.Adjoining it is the service / mechanical repair facility that is well staff and busy like a beehive.The service facility has a waiting room with TV, self service café coffee and air-conditioning.I have always found the staff to be friendly, well motivated and courteous.It was horrible and reinforced my edict to avoid shopping centres.Wheel chair friendly, public and disabled toilets, practises a Covid QR code
