If I could give a 0 I would. I looked at getting my bike repaired so I took it to them, not only did they fail to fix the issue when I took it back to them for a second time they again did not fix the issue and demanded another payment. Broke down again for a 3rd time with the same issue and will never set foot in there again to get there help" In anything in regards to mechanical service or help clearly they have no idea how to repair a motorcycle and just want to collect as much money from you as possible as now im out thousands of dollars and nothing to show from it. Will never recommend mudgee Honda."

The best customer service a broken down motorcyclist could ask for. When no one else would help Matt and the team helped and picked me up when I was 20 minutes south. And they put me back on the road the next day and with a custom throttle cable for the motorcycle guru himself!

The worst service I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Bike was booked in for a service, 6 working days later bike had not been looked at. When I rang to enquire the sales person was extremally rude, said they were working on it. When I went to collect it it still hadn't been looked at, they didn't actually know what was to be done. The worst, the bike was parked across the road in the open with the keys in the ignition. NEVER AGAIN

I'm based in Sydney and asked my family members who live near town who they would recommend to service and fix a bike. They asked around and the answer was Mudgee Honda (even though my bike is a Yamaha).Called up, explained my issues and arranged a booking.Had a family member drop my bike off (as it stays on the property just out of town and I was working in Sydney). Could not fault James and his attention to detail. Fixed what was required in a short timeframe and gave some great recommendations for what is needed in the near future. Felt pricing was fair and they assisted my family member to unload and load my bike.Made it out to the property that weekend and my 01 YZ250 has never run better in the 15 years I've owned it. It felt like a brand new bike. Will be using Mudgee Honda again anytime I need a bike serviced up that way.
