Absolutely loved my experience. Nicole was very accommadating checking in with nail length, shape and design as I was going for something new . Would definitely recommend.

First time I went there, I got a pretty good SNS + tips job done. As you can see on the picture with me holding the drink, the shape is beautiful and the colour is amazing.Second time was not just bad but the worst experience I’ve had in Sydney.I made an appointment at 5:30 and had to wait almost 20 min for them to start. No one even apologized. Then the lady just rushed to do my shape, did irregular coffins, and the colour so far from my cuticles (the 4th and 5th picture l)! It looks like a week old manicure.I called the day after to ask to get it fixed and they told me they close at 6 so I could only go on Sunday morning. I went there and asked to fix it, and I was happy to pay the shellac but not the infill because it’s THEIR MISTAKE. I was told off for coming ‘too late’ and 4 of their staff just came one to one looking at my nails saying they were fine and I just needed a colour. They asked me to pay 40$ for infill and colour (my last picture is from today)! When I already paid 45 just 3 days prior. Which means spending 85$ for my nails?? In one week? I was extremely upset and had to walk out because I was getting emotional. I wasted my hard earned money for my nails to look worse off than if I did them myself.. Plus I was treated rudely on both occasions.I don’t want to give 1 Star only because my first experience was rather perfect.

This was my second visit to the salon - first time I was pleased with my nails and had a good experience. This time was really unpleasant- I told the nail technician over 3 times on different nails that it was painful but she kept going - I had to stop the pedicure and left with unpainted toes something I have never done! The rest of the staff were unsympathetic and rude. I was made to pay for this really unpleasant experience. I was given a $5 discount and made to feel this was acceptable. I won’t be going back! There are a wealth of nail salons in and around the junction so I would go to one of those!

I got my nails done a couple weeks ago here. The lady who did my nails was amazing! super nice and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was just an simple manicure but I was very impressed. Definitely going to be a regular here!

BEST nail salon have been going there forever and always perfect nails. stayed past open hours to complete my nails and again were exactly how i wanted them. completely recommend delux nails!!

Perfect for acrylic nails! But very poor communication amongst the staff. I wanted ti get my nails removed and a manicure to repair some damage and they simply painted them. My hands have never been drier.

don’t go to this salon. i got my nails done here today and i didn’t get what i asked for. i wanted a natural french tip and even showed a picture. i left the salon with tacky looking french tips that are a harsh pink and NOT natural at all. she also filed my nails down way too much. she asked whether the length was okay and i said yes, however after, she kept filing and shaping an extra 1/2 cm down till there was barely any tip left at all. she was also very harsh with the tool which left cuts by my cuticles. if you want to leave with what you asked for, don’t go here.

I came to the salon after long time of quarantine time and it was such a great experience. The staff were so friendly and my nails were absolutely refreshed. Good job done. Thank Delux nails team very much!
