It was such a lovely trip to Renmark that we booked for next year already. This is also our first trip with a camper van too, and enjoyed every moment of it.

Amazing customer service at both pick up in Melbourne and drop off in Adelaide. Van was upgraded for free which made our experience 10/10. Will be using again.

Hired Maui Ultimo motorhome for trip from Melbourne to Adelaide including Great Ocean road. Merc van was well equipped and reliable only 1 minor problem on last evening. Maui staff at both sites were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Trip was great including visit to Lake Breeze winery arranged as part of the deal. Never really noticed the van apart from occasional struggle to find a parking spot big enough.Mostly stayed at campsites so the livability of the van was never put to extreme test.

Perfect camper for our trip. We drove it from Adelaide to Kanagaroo Island and then to Uluru with no issues. It was well equipped with everything we needed during the trip other than food and drinking water. A few things I will note.Finding a place to refill an LPG tank was difficult. The tank in the camper has to stay with the camper but everywhere we keep checking only exchanged tanks.If you are traveling in the winter months the camper requires 240v power to run the only source of heat in the camper (heat pump) so even though it is setup well to run off grid you really can't when the temp drops to 1 degree overnight. In New Zealand these have a diesel heater so I'm not sure why they use a heat pump in Australia (I'm guessing it must be government regulated). The location is now located north of the airport so add in the extra time to get a ride there when planing any ferries or campsites.

Caravan was so fun! Fully equipped with everything we needed for our travels.James was awesome at checking us in! He went the extra mile to make sure we were checked in quickly and also gave us a ride to the airport!
