Had pickup selected at 3.08pm. is now 3.36pm and still no food...Food is usually pretty good but nearly 30 mins wait for fried chicken is pretty bad. If I wanted to wait that long for my food I would have gone to the pub.Appears to be short staffed.19.2.23Edit to 4 stars as food was amazing and the girl wascreally nice and apologetic.

Staff did not understand my request, burger and chips. Menu very hard to follow. Finally a box of chicken burger chicken piece, chips and with drink as requested $18 and once on train, and could not go back to them, found mash and gravy missing. Position of order desk next to train platforms, very noisy, very hard with communication. My first and only time I will purchase from this outlet.

Chips were extremely salty. Looked like snow. Next time I'll ask for less salt, no big deal. Staff are lovely and the foods always hot and fresh

Cleanlineas was a key factor that made me think twice. Food was great and fresh, service by staff was good but the atmosphere was not inviting and the washrooms need a real good cleaning.

Food was lovely and so wonderfully hot. But girl behind counter coughed into her hand 3 times that we saw and even rubbed her hair. No she never even wiped her hand on her clothes. Then served people.

Came in to order just some chips and gravy and they forgot the order and took us 10 minutes of sitting with to realise they had forgot but also had forgotten to add drinks on to the initial order.

Food was hot. Friendly staff. Amenities could do with a facelift and some handyman help. Can't fault the staff or the food!

Friendly service. Food tasted fresh, much better than KFC and a change from macas.We were there on Thursday for some lunch and the young girl at the counter was friendly and courteous.
