The Servo is having plenty of food options. Better toilets. Sheltered place to park your vehicle.

Recently gone down hill…I was choosing to stop at this fuel station because it had good service, clean facilities and reasonably priced fuel.However a few weeks ago I noticed one of the two toilets was out of order and the other had not been cleaned in a fair while by its appearance.Upon stopping here this week I saw that now all bathroom facilities are out of order.Also, I purchased a drink that had gone off (although they did allow me have a replacement and check that this one was okay). I also purchased a bottle of water from the other fridge and the drink was not even chilled. This was the case with all the drinks in this area.

Never again. Went in today for the first time since it was renovated . It’s such a shame because they’ve done a great job of it. The bain marie had barely anything in it. And from the time I walked in , paid for my drink then left, the attendant was talking on his phone. Call me old fashioned but I just think that’s plain rude !!!Keep on this path and it will be another servo to close its doors.

Went there for Lunch Just after it became Burks only takeaway food not terribly appetising It was very good Hotel for a meal very busy with Petrol but no Interest in the Tavern

Love local, recommended until there new “manager” started. Food is horrible & over priced, customer service a big fat ZERO!$19 for fish chips & salad. Mind you it came with no chips but hash browns as well as NO salad. Charged $23.50 for a burger & chips got no chips.Abused by management after expressing our concerns. Was told that we had to wait until they vacuumed the dining room before she would take our order then she would send the other worker to Arthur river for food.The “owner” has no idea about being in the country, not the city out here.

I had really bad experience not because of the workers ,they are amazing.They at least are trying to serve some food whit out experience.I feel so sad that they are in that situation.I personally think that you owners should be in here and serve food for people if you don't have chef.Or just close the resto side.

This is supposed to be a toasted Ham & Cheese sandwich.Left in the bay Marie, was dried bread, not toasted
