I recently moved into Baulkham Hills and wanted to give the pool a once over, I contacted Sue who organised for Josh to attend and check it all out for me. He checked out the filter and salt cell and made some adjustments to the inbuilt Caretaker system. Adjusted all the chemical levels for me and set the timers. Josh followed up with a phone call and explained everything to me. The service was excellent and I was very happy with the price. I had an issue again over the weekend just gone, I contacted Sue first thing Monday and she had Josh back on site within a couple of hours to sort the issue, again a follow up phone call explaining the problems with a couple of tips to solve it myself next time, there was no charge for the return trip.I would highly recommend the team at Reliable to anyone looking for honest and reliable pool services in the Hills Area

Josh, aka The Guru, saved us from filling in the pool with dirt. We have a French Desjoyaux pool that two other pool shops and a pool builder/renovator didn't know what to do with when my french pump broke down. Thank god i found reliable pool services but specifically Josh. He had a can do attitude and found the solution to fix our pool. we now have whole new plumbing and Aussie made hardware. Cant rate Josh and reliable pools highly enough and will not go anywhere else for my pool. from a green chlorine pool to a mineral magnesium pool within days.

Simply have to give a shout out to Hunter and team. If ever you have an emergency these are the people you call.Some insight to my experience: Sue took my call when I was in an absolute panic. I'd done a number on the pump and the water was coming out en masse, there was no stopping it. Niagara Falls had nothing on this mess. I had no idea how to turn it off and was nearing a panic attack. She calmed me right down, got me into action and had Hunter give me a shout in less than 5mins. He facetimed me and talked me through turning off the water to offload the pressure, opening the lid to fixing the seal back in place, shutting the pump again, and how to go about turning it back on without getting air in.Simply stellar team. amazingly responsive and frankly saved my bacon. They're now my go-to pool service and I'd highly recommend them. Thanks guys, truly!

We have recently had an electric pool heater installed and it has been smooth sailing and the team at reliable pools were very attentive and quick to organise. Highly recommend them!

The service provided by Josh was outstanding. He also serviced my Pool and even fixed a broken gate for me on his own accord!! The heater is a great product and works extremely well. My twelve year old pool equipment was requiring ongoing repairs. After contacting Reliable pool services, Hunter visited us and spent nearly two hours explaining the situation and recommended replacing filtration pump, filter and robotic cleaner. He also guided us choosing the right equipment and especially energy savings be expected. We were given various options with pros and cons. Once the quote was accepted, Nathan and Josh executed the installation seamlessly. The entire team was fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Great service and very professional. I only had to call them once. I had a leak from my chlorinator, they let me know the parts I had to replace, always messaged me the day before they were coming out, and fixed it perfectly. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Reliable Pool Services.

Josh & Nathan are an absolute dream to deal with, the tip of adding magnesium to my pool for my own skin issues has to be the best thing I have ever done!
