Don't go to this job agency they are rude, mean and nasty I had the worst experience with them. They have bathrooms available for job seekers however they now say it's a safety issue not to let you go to the bathroom and you have to walk 2KM down the road what if someone has a disability and needs the toilet asap? my job seeker failed to tell me the important information getting me cut off from my payments for a fort night. I had been applying for jobs every single week, I eventually got a job with no assistance, job agent claiming that she got me the job - what a joke. I received no fuel vouchers no help for interview clothing after asking for an interview. After being with them for 18 months and not receiving any interviews with them they said I made NO progress and basically said it was my fault making me feel like I screwed up. I didn't know my rights, I didn't even know I could transfer, I wouldn't to transfer to another job agent as it was evident that she did not like me at all denied the transfer. Then after to talking to Centrelink they put in contact with a job agency first day there I had a job interview for the commonwealth bank followed by an admin interview. they do not do the right things they are lazy and self absorbed.

Was put with them a year ago, just before the start of Covid, was told I didn't need help looking for work and on my second appointment was told I wasn't in their system, was then called a few weeks later and abused for not going to the second appointment, at this point they started calling every 2 weeks to ask if I was applying for work but offered no help until I found a job myself, I was then offered to be reimbursed for the fuel money I was spending to get to my job for the next 26 weeks, I would send the receipts and it would take 2 weeks to hear anything back, I only ever got compensation for the first 3 weeks of work and then all my emails were ignored. If Centrelink ask you if you are happy to be placed with Tursa, I would highly recommend requesting another agency. Unprofessional and rude

This employment and training center is ONLY available to people on centerlink benefits that are unemployed and you can only get referred by centerlink. How convenient for the community is that........

Very compassionate, friendly, and understanding staff. Facilities are great and well maintained. Not as many industry connections as I would like, but they'll go out their way to help you if they see you putting the effort in. Much better than other local job agencies.

Simply excellent service. Have had a few interactions with them and they have always come out tops.

Not required to find you work... That's problem right there... Attend or be threaten with breach cut off payment that is there job will fund fuel card one off very difficult get assistance without resistance

They make no efforts to help Job Seekers get jobs. They either put you on Work For The Dole or get you to search for 20 jobs on a sheet of paper.I constantly have to tell them that I have a job when they say that I'm now in the Work For The Dole stage. Every time I go in. They ask me if I'm still employed with the company, even though I bring in my Payslips.

Awful service, I've suffered 2 months due to their incompetence, no help, no payments, given incorrect information about appointment dates & location requirements.They stated my next appointment would be via phone, then ended up suspending my payments for failing to attend, I had to call them myself just to find out that they had claimed I had never even been to an appointment in person, which I had.How do you even have a job?Anybody who was referred to this service, change, for your own good.

Honestly if you have the option to go to another employment place, I would definitely recommend it. Was constantly called either 4-6 hours before my scheduled appointment or I was never called at all. The job provider I was assigned had the audacity to act offended when I told her I couldn't take the call because I had other appointments lined up that day (Was 4 hours before my scheduled appointment).Was also signed up for some class that my provider told me was mandatory and if I didn't show up I'd have my payments cut, as I was unaware I'd have to attend this (was called 2 days before it actually started) I informed my provider that I have a psychiatrist appointment coming up shortly and she responded with It's not a valid reason to miss your class
