Absolute joke.Monday: Phoned to see if I could drop off my alternator. I advised the regulator would probably need replacing. Asked to get a quote for new regulator and fitment. Additionally advised I need it by the weekend for a trip (it was Monday).They said no worries it will definitely be cheaper than a new alternator and should have a regulator in stock. Drop it off and we will get it done by end of week.Wednesday: I called to see if there was any update. Was advised I would receive a call back. No call back.Thursday: Since I didn't receive a call back, I phoned in the morning and was told they would get back to me. No call back.Friday: Didn't bother phoning cause I had obviously missed my trip for the weekend due to the delay.Monday week after: Phoned for an update. Was told it was the regulator which I said I knew that from day 1. Was advised it would be difficult to find one and better to look myself for one, but they can try and will let me know in the afternoon.Phoned at 3pm that afternoon to be told they could not find a regulator and have ordered me a new alternator which is not what I asked.Picked the alternator up that afternoon, found a regulator that night.Honestly what a joke of a business.

Very reliable and well priced have been there quite a few times for air conditioning and electrical problems and they are always fantastic for all types of cars and trucks too see for yourself you know that it will be fixed right

What a fabulous business, I had a brake light bulb requiring changing. Arrived with no notice and even though he was very busy with a full house he kindly came out to my car on the street and did the repair. Very friendly and did a quick efficient job. Inexpensive and great service. Thank you
