If I could give 0 stars I would - They've had the package for 3 months now. I have called every day for 2 weeks to be told they're looking into it and will call me back, not one call back. Today I asked to speak to a manager to be told I couldn't and that they would have him call me when he had the time"

Shame you have to give a star to write a review as this company is not worthy of a star. What a shocking experience dealing with the staff at this place, that continue to tell lies. If you want your goods in a timely manner do not use Gippsland Freight, they have no clue.

Package picked up in Melbourne by Gippsland Freight on 23/11 and held in their Taralgon depot until 20/12 despite numerous promises to deliver. Item arrived very damaged with the box looking like it had been kicked around for nearly a month..oh wait it had been in their office for nearly a month. Don't use!!!

According to Hunter express our item arrived at this company on the 18/01/2023, 7 days later I still do not have my item. I was told 2-4 business days which ended today. I will be having them charged with theft.

Avoid this company at all costs.Same story as almost all the reviews here. Had my package for weeks and weeks. Each time I have called I have been told it would be on the truck the next day. Same story again today. Surprise surprise I DON'T BELIEVE THAT. So now I'm about to embark on a 130km round trip to go and pick it up myself... assuming they can actually find it in their warehouse.Absolutely garbage service. Completely ridiculous situation.

Absolutely terrible. Held onto a package for 4 weeks because they didn't have a truck coming our way. Wouldn't you think they would at least contact the customer and let them know. And buy a bigger truck. Terrible service.

Got a notification mid January saying my parcel was delivered - it was not. Not even attempted or anything, just straight up nothing. Had to chase up with the main carrier to see who they were using, and 2 weeks later called up GFE to finally get it delivered the following Saturday, but they didn't even knock or ring the bell once it did get delivered finally.

It took from the 16th of February to the 7th of March to deliver my parcel - and then delivered it to the wrong address. How are you still in business?? It won’t let me post less than one star.

If you can avoid the services of this company, please do so. They will lie that they tried to deliver the product but they did not. They did this almost 6 times, each time I checked my security camera and there was nothing.I'm not sure if they just don't care or they just care about the wages they are paid. The owner of this company should be worried, the services are at 0 star not even 1 star.

They lost my package because the driver cant read the addressi am not in pressed lost me thousands dollars. PXT171892there cars in my driveway cameras and nobody came yet delivered.
