I ordered 5 roller shutters and i had a lot of trouble with installation.The shutters were a good quality with only 1 slide insert drilled off centre and shows on the front. The problems were.Remote controllers not arrived in package. They sent the 2 after in a short time frame but still...I got some mysterious parts/roller thingies which no one knows what it is for...For the runners, no end plates and not even painted black, looks ugly.No small bolts to fix the loose internal dividing panel from motor.Measurement, on the in reveal installation they ask you to take 5mm off from the measured width, i did that and now i have a 5 mm gap, i had to fill gap with silastic, the head are 5mm shorter but the runners when installed sit flush to the wall... well it is not so nice and need silastic to fill gap.Not so sure but a couple extra plate would be nice so when is fully extended/lowered there would be the plate sitting on the shaft. This may be not a cause for concern, not sure.Every single step i had to contact seller for instructions including motor programming and how to install/cut/modify plastic guide insert etc.All of the instructions should have come with the package, but they didn't. Annoying really.The help they provided were excellent and speedy but could have been avoided.Considering all this i recommend these shutters but make sure all posted at the same time.Warranty.... hopefully i don't need it.
