Thanks to Irene and the team at Floorworld in Abbotsford. Wonderful service, lovely range of products, and great communication. So grateful to Irene for understanding the importance of the date being locked in to organise fitting the carpet around moving in to our new home.Tom our fitter was on time, got straight to work, and did a great job.The carpet is lovely and superset under foot. I was assisted by Tomas, Jason and Irene - who gave friendly expert advice on removing our existing marmoleum floor and replacing it with carpet. We had a number of constraints - not the least of which was - 2 inside pets (a cat and a medium sized dog). We are extremely happy with the choice we made (Signature Carpets Brit Fawn) both in terms of look and performance. The installation was expertly done.

Highly recommend Inner City Floor World, they were extremely professional, they got the job done in half the time estimated. Daniel and his team who did the installation were so hard working, they took pride in the quality of their work, polite and very easy to deal with and did a great job of keeping everything tidy and working with the Body Corp rules.Irene was amazing throughout the process, even working on her day off to make sure I had all the info for the day of installation. Their service from start to finish was 5 stars: honest, hardworking and excellent quality.

Extremely satisfied with the timber flooring done by Innercity Floorworld! They have a wide selection of timber to choose from and was super accomodating to my building requirements. We installed flooring four years ago through Inner City Floorworld (which was a smooth and professional experience) and recently had the need to order additional material from them. From start to finish we had the material within four days of ordering. Irene was able to look up our sales history and source the material from the supplier and get it delivered quickly. Irene was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble and she kept in touch during the process. Would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

While we had a few false starts due to supply issues with my new hybrid flooring, when the job was completed, I couldn't be happier. My original selection wasn't available in the end however the team at Inner City Floorworld chose an alternative which ended up being better than what I selected. There was also an unexpected surprise when removing my old tiles and a fix was quickly organised. There was another added complication of an unplanned public holiday and Daniel and his team did a mammoth job to get the floor down to still meet the deadline. Great job.

Recently bought carpet from Inner City Floorworld. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to take home a number of samples before choosing. Carpet installation was quick and easy, no hassles at all. Would definitely recommend.
