In house salads and frieded foods aren't too bad. Good shop overall

I bought Potato Salad todayAnd it was disgusting.Potatoes Were Hard and Salad was Tasteless.

Even though there are new owners unfortunatly the two so called femalemanagers" are there. I have often seen these two "managers" yell and swear at junior staff members and cause junior staff to become viibly stressed.I can only hope that the new owner can see past these two females pretend niceness and actually hire some decent managers."

This is a great place to shop, just does not have the variety of the larger franchisers, friendly staff, they do have hot food available, prices are competitive.

I don’t know who is making their fruit salad, but get them to stop. In the last 6-12 months, EVERYTIME I have ordered the fruit salad, it has tasted like onion. I am assuming whoever makes it doesn’t understand that onion has a strong taste that can transfer from chopping boards, knives and bowls (makes you wonder what else they don’t know regarding transferrance). Today, my mother who had ordered it took it back because it tasted like onion, and the lady at the counter wouldn’t do a refund, so she’s out $9. She wouldn’t try it because she doesn’t eat fruit (guess she wants to be scurvy chic) and swore up and down it couldn’t have tasted like onion because she made it. This is the final straw for me, this IGA has always been gross (black mould roof tiles for example) and it’s been a serious decline since Woolies moved in, and I understand why. Can’t wait to go back to Woolies.

I have been shopping here for more than 20 years, no kidding, through all the changes that have occurred the one thing that has never changed is the service which has always been polite. If you can't find something don't be too shy to ask for help.

Amazing staff, wish my card would have loaded, sorry staff, i could make it back in time, would have missed my train.Ps: my card loaded just when i got back to the station, i should have waited a little longer
