Was in today 8th may 2023, requested a wash cut and blow dry how much did they charge.. $100!!!! Disgrace, greedy, rude... How do they justify $100 for a wash cut and blow dry.... never again and p.s the cut is not that great

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there a few months ago, about a month after surgery. I explained I had major surgery and wanted foils, now I realise it was too soon to do that - they should have been professional and known that, as my heir was way too fragile at that time for colour! They did explain that if I had the foils that day, I would need to treat it weekly at home. That’s the only advice- not”we won’t do it because it will cause your hair to break and fall out”!!! Yet, the greedy owner wanted her overpriced money and let me sit in their chair, had her very rude and non talkative apprentice, foil my hair. Clearly didn’t want to make me feel welcome, nor chat, although I watched her chat to other clients (I’m very easy to talk to btw). Fast forward , a week after, my hair started falling out. All the highlights within a month, had gone out. Broken hair. Knowing what I know now- NEVER colour your hair after surgery until your hair is healthy again. I had lovely long hair and now, I have to wear hair pieces until it grows back. It could take years for it to be the way it was. Huge lesson for me, and yet these rude girls(particularly the owner) get to steal money from vulnerable clients. And by looking at the reviews here, they should lose their licence. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not in it for the passion!

Woman cut my almost 2 year old daughters hair so short it was devastating when it was only meant to be a fringe cut.My partner took her in to get her fringe cut and this woman ended up cutting off our baby’s beautiful curls.I don’t understand how you could do that to someone’s little girl, it was a boys haircut.Terrible

This place is a scam. We were told that we need to pay more from the advertised price after they cut my hair. Staff were rude and not even that good. Won't return to that place again.
