Bad service without customer care. Once they've got your business and out of the door.You are not welcome you back when you want to return or have problems with their product. They make you deal with the product company directly even you came back to their store within a few days when you have an allergic reaction. I don't feel safe and at ease to buy things there any more when every where else make you feel safe and make things go smoothly when you want to return a product. They don't accept a bank statement as s prove of purchase when you lost your receipt. What a joke. If they have a brain cell they would have known what, when the product was purchased after they scanned a product. Why make things so difficult and stressful. Bad customer service, bad policy.

Went to get flu shot, pharmacist asked us to stay for 10min for post vaccine reaction monitoring. Went around the aisles to check lipstick and other stuff while waiting for 10min, me and my partner bought the products we wanted, suddenly they’re doing security check asking me specifically to empty my bag and found nothing then they suddenly stopped after I left and didn’t bother checking others. Unreasonable for almost all the staff flocking near the entrance just trying to check me without explaining causing intimidation (as subtle as they can).

I came for asking help to sign for my state dec. The lady asked me to wait for 5 mins as the pharmacist was on serving a customer. I was happy to wait. However the pharmacist just ignored me and kept serving different customers after me. I was there for 25 mins and kept waiting. Another lady tried to remind him and i heard he said just let me wait for 45 mins. I couldn’t believe a professional person can act like that. So disappointed and it was not right for him to do that. Poor customer serviceUpdated:As of a below response from the store, it is really unacceptable for saying that “your staff do not require to sign any document”. If you said that, you shouldn’t have told your customer to wait for 5 mins and then another 20 mins to wait for nothing. You should have told them that you don’t sign anything and let them go and not waste their time for your poor customer service like they do at Chemist Warehouse. Anyway, as i am aware that the pharmacist is on the list who is able to clarify the document if requested. You should not refuse to do it unless you see the document and clarify it is not legal to be certified.

The pharmacists (especially Kevin) here are actual GOATs. I had a migraine/headache for the past week and took every medication under the sun to try and alleviate the pain but nothing worked. It got to the point that I went to the hospital and had an IV drip done but, in half a day, the migraine returned. The headache impacted every aspect of my life and I couldn’t even function on a day to day basis because of it. I came in and explained to Kevin what was happening and he suggested that I take Codral (as I did also have a blocked nose and he suggested that it could be sinus pain after asking in depth about my symptoms). Guess what the result of taking Codral was? My headache is basically cured!! Kevin is honestly such a life saver and I couldn’t be any more grateful for his services. <3

The head pharmacist Kevin is amazing, but the women at the scipt counter are just so rude and judgemental and make snide offensive remarks when dropping in scripts. This is not a safe space and I can't return.

great customer service. I can always find everything I need from here. And if I can’t find it, I can easily get help from the friendly staff who are always helpful!

Thanks for the wonderful service at this lovely Priceline shop today. I was looking for a good brand of eucalyptus essential oil and the staff took time to explain the different brands they have to me. Totally made my day :)
