My fiancé and I are desperate for a rental, and struggling to find a house/unit, anything, and when we applied for a rental, the real estate agent was terrible at her job, never answered phone calls, never got back to us after we left messages, and in the end the house disappeared off of the realestate app, as it’s been taken, we were left in the dark for so long to find out we didn’t get it,One star is too high in my opinion, but I can’t rate it any less, just terrible

I recommend anyone getting a storage unit from FIRST NATIONAL REAL ESTATE IN SALE to make sure you get insurance. I paid for secure storage and my unit was able to get broken into without removing my padlock. ANNALOGE Security footage does not film enough at night due to not enough lighting. My lock was seen by the agents as having been damaged but I was not contacted at all.
