Highly recommend Jay's work. Not only the initial communication was great, the job was well done too. Very organised with wires properly tied and doors appropriately serviced. And a special mention regarding leaving our garage super clean. Not all tradies properly clean up the mess after the job, but no such dramas here. Jay did a fabulous job overall.

I was looking for replacing my old heavy roller door (weight may be 100kg). I come across to Engage Garage doors and spoke to Jay. When it comes to installing these garage doors, aint we all after pro service who knows what they are doing and honour their warranty? 2 parts of my review on their service:Installation: I had both of my garage doors installed by Jay about 2 months ago and just like many of his customers reviews, they are true: Absolute professional, competitive prices, prompt, full commitment to install the doors.Honour the warranty: this is key that I strongly recommend his service. Had minor issue with one of the doors after 2 months, not fault of anyone really just need minor adjustment. Txt him on Sunday morning, immediate positive response, arranged to fix the next day (considering I live far away). Turned up and gave me full commitment and eagerness to fix the issue. Not only fixing the door but also checked on the other to ensure it wont happen again even on both doors.

wow , what a breath of fresh air to find Jay .He came out promptly, and did a fantastic job on our two roller doors . He even managed to give us extra height for our car.We will not hesitate to recommend Jay to any one, he is absolutely worth his weight in gold.

Jay is very prompt and professional. He provided the right estimation for his work, and his rates are reasonable. He helped me to choose the right colour and quality garage door. He placed the order as soon as I accepted the quote and provided frequent updates on the delivery. As soon as he received the garage door delivery, he turned up on time and replaced the garage door professionally. I had another issue, and he helped me by fixing that as well. Highly recommended!
